Manchester Road & Maroondah Highway (M&M) Level Crossing Removals

Work is currently underway to remove two Level Crossings at Manchester Road, Moroolbark and Maroondah Highway, Lilydale, with rail bridges being built to remedy clogged streets and risks to more than 53,000 drivers who use the crossings each day.

Contracts to deliver these works was awarded to the South East Project Alliance (SEPA), comprising of Laing O’Rourke, Jacobs and Metro (MTM). Our previous success in the delivery of survey services on SEPA’s previous projects placed Heading & Associates in a favourable position to tender and continue partnering with the alliance on this project.

Heading & Associates are currently delivering survey solutions on this project spanning construction set-out to automated monitoring services.
